Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure the efficient and safe production of goods. The ideal candidate will supervise the production team, maintain quality standards, and ensure targets are met on time.
Responsibility
Supervise daily production activities and workers on the shop floor Monitor and improve production output, efficiency, and quality Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines Resolve production issues and ensure minimal downtime Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role In-depth knowledge of production operations and quality standards Familiarity with industry health and safety practices Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
