Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and skilled Machine Operator to manage, maintain, and operate machinery in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of machine operation and the ability to troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

Responsibility

Set up and operate machinery according to production guidelines Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Ensure production output meets quality standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues to avoid production delays Maintain logs and production records accurately Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Work collaboratively with quality control and maintenance teams

Requirements

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role Familiarity with different types of manufacturing machinery Basic understanding of mechanical and technical processes Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery Willingness to work in shifts or overtime if required

Skills and Experience

Technical and mechanical aptitude Good attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and ability to meet production deadlines Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
