Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, controlling budgets, and maintaining high operational standards across all departments. The Hotel Manager plays a key role in driving revenue, maintaining brand reputation, and achieving organizational goals.
Responsibility
Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards Manage budgets, control costs, and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability Hire, train, evaluate, and lead hotel staff to promote a positive and productive work environment Monitor occupancy levels, room rates, and sales strategies to boost revenue Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the sales department Generate regular reports for ownership or senior management Ensure property upkeep and coordinate maintenance or renovations as needed
