Job Description
We are looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our hotel team. This role is vital to supporting hotel operations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining seamless administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibility
Provide administrative support to hotel management and front office operations Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with guest inquiries and reservations when needed Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence for hotel management Maintain and organize hotel records, staff schedules, and event calendars Support the HR department with staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation Assist in preparing duty rosters and coordinating meetings between departments Monitor office inventory and manage orders for supplies or hospitality materials Ensure all administrative areas are kept tidy, organized, and guest-ready Help coordinate hotel events, staff meetings, and training sessions Uphold guest confidentiality and assist in handling sensitive documentation discreetly
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar hospitality role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, PMS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking, organization, and time management abilities Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business diploma preferred
